The Secretariat of the Eötvös Loránd Research Network established the Eötvös Loránd Research Network Award and the Róbert Bárány Award for the recognition of young researchers to express the material and moral appreciation of researchers, and also launched the research professor emeritus titles. The 2021 ELKH Award Ceremony was held at the Headquarters of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences on November 9 as part of a series of events of the Hungarian Science Festival.
Our institute was involved in the award ceremony four times: Gábor Szatmári was awarded the Róbert Bárány Prize, while Péter Csathó, Kálmán Rajkai and Tibor Tóth were awarded the title of Research Professor Emeritus.
